Fusion & Hop to Stop...

This weeks FUSION is inspired by the gorgeous sketch and floral theme of the fabulous FUSION inspiration photo, and importantly I am also also joining in The Hop to Stop, raising awareness for victims of domestic violence. 

This fortnight, I created a simple watercolour background and base on which I stamped these gorgeous Winnie and Walter hydrangeas, and fabulous Articellar Jane Girls stencil, adding this very apt sentiment by My Favorite Things on a layered fishtail flag. Fussy cut and pop dotted the Winnie and Walter hydrangeas.

Couldn't help but pull out this gorgeous Purple Onion Designs snowman to play along with the FUSION challenge this fortnight. Paired inspiration from this super cool sketch with the bright and fun inspiration from this gorgeous FUSION inspiration photo, along with the pop of orange!

Paper pieced the snowman, paired with silver die cut Lil Inkers Stitched Circle and Snowflake, together with this gorgeous Winnie & Walter die cut sentiment, paired with Neat & Tangled stamped sentiment and sparkle paper background.

Joy to the World...

I really love this Memory Box die cut deer trio, which I turned into a very simple shaker card, paired with Bo Bunny paper and Ali Edwards sentiment by Technique Tuesday.

That's about three Christmas cards down, and many more to go!!!

Shaking up World Card Day...

I managed to spend the whole of yesterday cropping @ Paper Blossoms, with my crafty friends, and did not realise until today that I had spent the whole of World Card Day making cards!

Based on this simple Freshly Made Sketch, I thought I would join in the fun @ City Crafter Challenge #Selfie with this super cute #Selfie of Purple Onion Designs Snowman, turned into a snowflake shaker card using Simon Says Stamp Merry Christmas photo frame and WPlus9 snowflake, both diecut from a sheet of silver contact adhesive layered onto white cardstock.

FUSION... Birthday Wishes

Super fun playing along with this fortnights FUSION! Created circles of various sizes in gold teal pink and white using Lil Inkers Stitched Circle dies, and overlaid with these gorgeous Winnie and Walter sentiments in gold glitter paper, backed with black cardstock.

FUSION Rebooted - You Make Me SMILE!

So happy to be back after a winter hibernation (for us in the Southern Hemisphere anyway!) to welcome you to a rebooted FUSION challenge! A few things have changed while we've been away. We now have a fab new look, some lovely new teamies and the link up process is slightly different too - but as always you will still find the same fabulous FUSION inspiration!!

Had so much fun creating this happy card - it does make me smile! 

This fortnight I combined inspiration from the sketch - by flipping it up-side-down - and the fabulous colours from the FUSION inspiration photo. This super gorgeous Reverse Confetti Later Alligator was fussy cut on green patterned paper and the teeth on white cardstock - making it easier to add his "false teeth"! Paired with the Reverse Confetti Bring on the Merry sentiment, Lawn Fawn die-cut alphabet and MFT Die-namics Mini Monarch Border. Papers are from Kaisercraft and American Crafts.

(Belated) Christmas in July...

Invited a lovely group of my crafting friends over for a play on the last day of July. Much fun and laughter, though not much crafting by yours truly!

I had stamped and fussy cut a number of these gorgeous Papertrey polar bears in winter fair isles knits, together with a number of die cut combinations of this gorgeous Studio Calico "Christmas" and xxx Papertrey "Merry". Finally got around to completing this ensemble this afternoon with Heidi Swapps cute patterned paper as the background, and Dienamics landscape diecut snowdrift, so I thought I'd share it with you. 

After almost two months, you may say I'm coming out of hibernation LOL!
