Missed out on posting this in time as I was heading to hospital for a knee arthroscopy. All good for now, but looking like I will need some additional hardware in the future!

Love the theme this fortnight @ FUSION, stamped this gorgeous Dina Wakely bird and paper pieced with this gorgeous American Crafts pattered paper. Created the envelope flap using Lil Inkers stitched square die on a 45 degree angle. Added this super cute Reverse confetti sentiment.

Inspired to try some layered stamping to highlight this fortnight's fabulous FUSION ombre inspiration and oval sketch. Altenew stamp and inks, together with Lil Inkers diecut stitched oval and diecut ribbon mesh.

FUSION Triangles (and a Trio of Trees)

Had some sparkly fun with this fortnights FUSION! 

Tipped the FUSION sketch on it's side, and took inspiration from the golden triangles on the rug to create a super simple Christmas card. Die cut some cute Christmas trees using glitter foam sheets and dies from Paper Smooches and Reverse Confetti. Paired this with a stitched snowbank from Paper Smooches, and super cute Paper Smooches sentiment. Love this American Crafts sparkly background paper too.

FUSION Citrus "Bearday" Wishes...

Inspired by the gorgeous pops of orange and yellow in the citrus FUSION inspiration photo this fortnight, I created my background panel using alcohol inks on Yupo paper, with a touch of gold foil highlights. Stamped any fussy cut the cute Koala Bear, and layered with these fabulous diecuts, all from Uniquely Creative.

Rustic FUSION Flowers...

Super fun creating a shaker card for this fortnights FUSION, combining a panel on clear acetate with a smaller opaque panel. Love this gorgeous Altenew Rose diecut from a variety of MFT coloured cardstock. The shaker is filled with a combination of Auzz Trinkets and Simon Says Moonshine Sequins, topped with Lily Bee Letter Stickers to create the birthday sentiment.

Paper Smooches Birthday Fishes...

Super Summer colour inspiration at Paper Smooches this month, great to keep your mind off the cold winter mornings! Created using Paper Smooches stamps and sentiment, Lil Inkers sun and stitched circle diecuts, together with an MFT scalloped border for the waves. Created the watercolour sea then layered the paper pieced scene.

Playing along with this months Reverse Confetti's Stock Your Stash Hello/Just Because, well, just because! Love this super cute crocodile/alligator, paired with this very apt Kaisercraft patterned paper! Featuring three Reverse Confetti stamp sets, Later Alligator, Color me Happy, and Lots to Say, together with the Tagged Totes Confetti Cut diecut. Perfect for playing along with Simon Says Frame It, City Crafter Safari So Good and The Male Room Little Boys too.

CAS Watercolour Ocean Shell-ebration...

Thought I'd shell-ebrate by playing along this month at CAS Watercolour Ocean challenge with two variations on a theme. Using this gorgeous shall diecut by Kaisercraft as a starting point (thanks Jenny!), First up I created a watercolour wash background, overlay the Kaisercraft diecut in kraft cardstock and added the Paper Smooches sentiment.

Variation on a theme saw the Kaisercraft shell diecut smooshed into a variety of blue Distress Inks, sprayed with water, reverse diecut out of the pale woodgrain patterned paper.

Floral FUSION Cupcakes...

I've gone for a more vintage vibe for the fabulous FUSION challenge this fortnight. Inspired by both the super versatile FUSION sketch and super cute cupcakes, this birthday card was created using Distress Ink Ground Espresso to stamp Avery Elle Cupcakes stamp, paired with the Avery Elle Cupcakes die cuts and sentiment, added Distress Ink Spun Sugar to stamp Your Next Stamp Mini Flower Splatter and added a sprinkling of buttons from my stash and distressed the edges with Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide.

Wishing all mothers, the most wonderful of Mother's Days.

Created using pink, red and purple alcohol inks on Yupo paper. Poppy from Unity Stamps and sentiment from Avery Elle, fishtail flag and stitched frame from MFT.

Happy Little Stampers Starry Christmas...

Having fun with a friends Concord & 9th diecut Christmas letters. Substituted the "L" with that from Altenew Upper Case Alphabet as "NOEL" was too wide to diecut and fit on standard 6 inch patterned paper pad. Cut a second wreath from white cardstock, coloured with Juniper Distressed Oxide, replaced back into the "o" and used this as my front panel for a shaker card filled with Studio Calico wooden stars instead of the usual sequins. Created to join in the fun at Happy Little Stampers Christmas May Challenge with optional stars.  

FUSION Rain or Shine, You're a Friend of Mine...

Super cute photo inspiration at FUSION this fortnight, paired with this gorgeous sketch! The rectangles from the sketch morphed clouds for my card, inspired by the photo colours and friendship and rainy day themes.

Had fun playing with Mama Elephant stamp sets and die cut, combining the elephant, mouse and sentiment from Ella & Friends, with the umbrella from Up and Away, and stitched stamped cloud from Love from Above, overlapping the stitched cloud die-cut.

FUSION - Gratitude

Have you seen a missing week - I hope you have because I lost one! Sat down to do this fortnights FUSION card and realised that somewhere between last fortnight and this, I lost a week! May have something to do with hubby's new job, daughters final exams at highschool and sons birthday perhaps! Regardless, here is my card for this fortnight's FUSION. I do hope you can play along!

Taking inspiration from this super versatile sketch and gorgeous inspiration photo this week, I re-purposed some background paper I had originally created for my last FUSION card to cut out some more gorgeous Autumn leaves from Lawn Fawn Stitched Leaves set to create an Autumn wreath. This is paried with a gorgeous Sweet Stamp Shop stamped greeting and Winnie and Walter diecut Thanks atop some super cute patterned paper from my stash.

Joining in a little late this fortnight, but still plenty of time to join in the fun @ FUSION. FABulous photo and sketch this fortnight!

I used a combination of Dylusions and Perfect Pearl Copper sprays to create the background sheet I then diecut with Neat and Tangled Autumn Leaves and paired with this just perfect Basic Grey background paper, Lil Inkers photo frame diecut and Stampendous sentiment.

Winnie & Walter Rainbows for World Card Making Week...

 

Had such fun inking up and making rainbows for the WInnie and Walter World Card Making Day challenges. Created one for the Winnie and Walter Rainbow Challenge with Lea, then couldn't help myself but use the reverse scraps to make a second card to also play along with Winnie and Walter Variations with Shay.

Created using Winnie and Walter's The Party stamp set, In a Word: Happy Cutaway and Essentials: Audrey Cutaways. The rainbow background was created using Tim Holtz Distressed Inks in Festive Berries, Spiced Marmalade, Squeezed Lemonade, Shabby Shutters, Salty Ocean, Faded Jeans and Dusty Concord. 

Also playing along with Seize the Birthday and CASology Odd Challenge (odd number of words, letters in "happy", balloon and colours too!).

Fusion - Sunshine on a Cloudy Day

A little late but a very apt theme from FUSION for me this fortnight! This Lil Inkers sentiment is super special with more than a few ups and downs - especially hubby coming off his bike and fracturing his femur. I have been on carers leave looking after him managing to stuff my back in the process, before I start my brand new job next week. But I know that together we CAN weather any storm :)

Die-cut layers of cloud created using Mama Elephant stitched cloud die and Lily Bee patterned papers, together with this super cute Neat and Tangled rays stamped in Momento Luxe Dandelion then overstamped with a light layer of Momento Luxe Morocco, and finished with a button from my stash.

Inspired by the gorgeous combo of flowers and teacup in this fortnights FUSION inspiration photo. Wanted to play along with the fabulous Coffee Loving Cardmakers Fall Card Hop, so kept the card colours in Autumn tones. Created by combining My Minds Eye "Notable" patterned papers together with this cute Prima "Coffee Break" Journaling notecard, and double diecut Mama Elephants "Cup of Wishes" in burnt orange then pop dotted the top floral layer.
